Somatic Coach offering Trauma-Informed Body-Based Healing for Women

Through guided somatic practices, I help those ready to come home to themselves — to feel safe in their bodies, to trust their emotions, and to turn insight into embodiment.

Take The First Step

I know what it’s like to understand your story—to have done the inner work, yet still feel disconnected from your body when deeper emotions begin to surface.

As a Somatic Integration Facilitator trained through Pause Breathwork, and someone who’s moved from constant survival mode into a life of more presence, joy, and compassion, I bring both lived experience and embodied practice to every session.

This isn’t surface-level self-care or another mindset fix. It’s emotional integration — gentle, trauma-informed, and deeply human.

Integration is the practice, you are the home.

You’ve Done the Work, But Your Body Hasn’t Caught Up

You’ve read the books, journaled the insights, maybe even cried through therapy breakthroughs — and yet… you feel yourself constrict when life gets loud.

You might catch yourself thinking:

  • “I know where my patterns come from, but staying grounded is still a work in progress.”

  • “Why does my body still feel unsafe, even though I’ve healed so much?”

  • “Is something wrong with me — or am I just missing a piece?”

You don’t need fixing. You’re just ready for integration — the bridge between knowing and feeling.

From Insight to Embodiment

Therapy helps you understand your story. Somatic practice helps you live the safety you’ve been searching for.

In The Practice, I’ll guide you through trauma-informed somatic practices designed to reconnect mind, body, and emotion.

Together, we cultivate emotional regulation — not as a one-time breakthrough, but as a daily, embodied way of being — so you can exhale, be present, and trust your own rhythm.

The most profound healing happens when the body feels safe enough to receive it.

Hi, I’m Zenn!

A Somatic Integration Guide.

For years, I moved through life in survival mode — my body on alert even when my mind told me I was fine. Through my own journey, I learned that understanding our trauma isn’t enough to feel safe — it takes a practiced connection between body and mind.

I created Love Zenn to bridge that gap between knowing and feeling — helping those who’ve done the inner work finally feel at home in their bodies. Because when you feel safe in your body, everything changes.
